2 (8oz.) pkg. cream cheese-softened
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/3 c. finely chopped pecans
1 (14oz.) Eagle sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. melted butter
2 eggs
1/2 c. lemon juice concentrate

Directions:

1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, pecans, sugar, and melted butter
2. Mix well, (reserve 1/3 c.) press remaining mix into 13x9x2 bake pan
3. Bake 6mins. Remove & Cool
4.In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy, gradually beat in milk concentrate, eggs, lemon concentrate.
5. Spoon mixture into crust and sprinkle reserve mix on top.
6. Bake 30mins. Cool 1 hour then refrigerate.
7. Cut into bars to serve
