4 large eggs
1 cup chopped onion
3/4 cup margarine
1/2 dried thyme leaves
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
2 (10 oz) pkg frozen chopped spinachs
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
2 1/2 cup herb-seasoned stuffing mix

Beat eggs in large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients, except stuffing mix. When blended stir in stuffing mix and let stand 20 min. When mixture firms shape mixture into balls, using a rounded teaspoon for each ball. Arrange in a single layer on non-sticky baking sheet. Heat oven to 350 Bake 20 min. or until lightly browned
