5 Chicken breast halves, cut in half (or chicken legs).
1 tsp ground cayenne pepper
1 tsp freshly ground white pepper
1 Tbsp garlic power
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
2 tsp dried thyme, finely ground
1 tsp salt
2 Tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix peppers, thyme, garlic and salt in large ziplock bag. Add chicken to spice mix in bag and shake until coated. Let sit for 20-30 minutes. Add butter and oil to frying pan over medium-high heat. Saute chicken until cooked through. Serve hot with apricot mustard.
