4 whipped eggs
2 1/2 c. sugar
6 c. milk
4 c. half and half
1 qt. 1/2 ice cream 1/2 milk
2 tbsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. salt

Flavor:
1 tsp. pure peppermint extract
1-2 tps. cinnamon
1 tsp. cherry
fresh diced peaches on top

1. Beat eggs, adding sugar gradually
2. Whip until thick
3. Add remaining ingredients
4. 2 layer ice 2/1/2/1
1 layer rock salt
5. Plug in 15-20 minutes
6. Add topping
