1 cup long grain white or brown rice
2 3/4 cup of chicken stock
1/2 red pepper
1/2 green pepper
1/2 red onion
pinch of saffron in 1/4 cup hot water
sea salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Saute vegtables in 2 tablespoons of butter. 2. Add chicken stock, rice, and saffron, and salt into skillet and bring to a boil. 3. Cover and simmer until liquid is absorbed. Fluff with fork prior to serving.
