1 1/2 gallon of mint chip ice cream
1 jar of Mrs. Richardson's hot fudge (next to ice cream toppings in the store)
1 package of Oreos
1 container of whipped topping

Directions:
Directions:
1. Crush two out of the three of the rows of oreos with a chopper or in a zip lock bag and cover the bottom of a 9x13 dish. Melt a tiny bit of butter and pour over the oreos or use spray butter to mist the oreos. Put in the freezer for 20 minutes.
2. Put the whole 1/2 gallon of ice cream on top of the oreo layer.
3. Mix the whipped topping and fudge in a bowl. Put the fudge layer over the ice cream layer.
4. Crush the last row of oreos and sprinkle on the top. Put in the freezer overnight. Right before you serve it cit the dessert into squares.

I got this recipe from my friend Mandy. It is a huge hit at summer BBQs. You can substitute mint chip for chocolate chip if you prefer.
