Burgers:
2 lbs. (80% lean) ground beef
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
8 slices of colby and Monterey jack cheese or American slices
8 kaiser rolls or hamburger buns

Mexican Sandwich Spread:
1/4 cup mayo
1/4 cup sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. southwest seasoning mix

Toppers:
tomatoes, avocado, pickles, etc.

Directions:
1. For the burgers, crumble beef into a bowl. Finely chop the onions and add Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper to the beef. Mix gently but throughly. Form mixture into 8 round patties, 1/2 inch thick.
2. Combine all ingredients for a sandwich spread and mix well.
3. Grill patties on the BBQ for 11-13 minutes
4. Spread sandwich spread on the buns, put cheese and toppers on the burgers.
