2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c crisco oil
4 eggs
3 small jars baby food carrots
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. nuts (optional)

Frosting:
1 8 ox softened cream cheese
1/2 c. butter
3 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together sugar and oil, beat in eggs. Mix in carrots soda and salt. Stir in flour and nuts. Bake at 350 in grease bar pan for 30 - 40 min. Mix the frosting ingredients together very well and frost cooled bars.
