2 pounds lean ground beef
10 oz. thin noodles
1 8oz can tomato sauce
1 16 oz carton cottage cheese
1 8 oz. carton light sour cream
1 8 oz. cream cheese
1/3 cup green onions, chopped
1/2 of a green pepper chopped fine

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in skillet and add salt and pepper to taste. Add tomato sauce. Cook noodles and drain. let both cheeses and sour cream warm to room temperature and thoroughly blend. Then add onions and pepper. In buttered two quart baking dish place a layer of noodles, then a layer of cream mixture and a layer of meat. Repeat layers once. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
