4 c. cheerios
2 c. Rice Crisp cereal
2 c. dry roasted peanuts
2 c. M&M
1c. light corn syrup
1 1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
1 c. sugar
1 t. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients and set aside. In sauce pan bring syrup and sugar to a boil stir frequently. Remove from heat stir in peanut butter and vanilla. Pour over cereal. Put in a greased 15x10x1 inch pan.
