1/2 head shredded lettuce
1 cup celery
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1 pkg. frozen peas
1 pint light mircle whip
6 oz. cheddar cheese grated
8 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
3 hard boiled eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Place first five ingredients in layers in large bowl. Frost the top with the mircle whip and cover and refrigerate overnight
or at least 8 hours. Just before serving top with cheese, eggs and then bacon in that order. Do not toss.
