Crumb Crust:
1/2 cup soft butter
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
1/4 cup light brown sugar
1 cup flour
Strawberry mixture:
1 small pkg frozen sweetened strawberries
2 egg whites
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
8 oz cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the crust ingredients until the mixture resembles corn meal. Put into a 9X13 pan and bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees stirring every 5 minutes. Remove half of the crumbs to top. Pat the remaining half back into the bottom of the 9X13 pan.
Put strawberries, egg whites, lemon juice, sugar, and vanilla into a large mixing bowl.(kitchen aid size) and beat hard for 20 minutes. Fold in cool whip and pour over cooled crumbs in pan. Top with remaining crumbs and freeze overnight.
