3/4 C heavy whipping cream
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 C mayonnaise
1/2 C prepared horseradish, freshly ground, drained
Pinch of sugar
Salt and pepper to taste


Directions:
Directions:
Whip the cream in bowl until it forms soft peaks.
In a separate bowl, combine the mayonnaise,
horseradish and mustard.
Using a rubber spatula, fold in the whipping cream.
Add sugar, salt and pepper to taste
Stir well and transfer to serving bowl.
Serve with Pork Loin, Beef Roast
Also good on sandwiches or for dip.
