4 c cooked diced chicken
1 pkg Uncle Ben's Wild and White Rice (cooked)
1 can Cream of Celery Soup
1 med jar pimento
1 med onion, sauteed
1 c Hellman's Mayo
1 can water chestnuts
2 cans french style green beans (drained very well)
salt and pepper (Lawry's seasoned pepper)
dash - hot sauce

Directions:

Mix all ingredients well.

Cook in 9x13 pan at 350 for 45 minutes.
