1 pkg. chopped frozen broccoli 1/2 cup chopped celery 1/2 cup chopped onion 2 tbsp. butter 1 cup cooked rice 1 can cream of mushroom soup 4 oz. cheese whiz or velveeta salt and pepper to taste
Cook broccoli according to pkg. directions. Saute celery and onions in butter. Combine remaining ingredients with broccoli and clery mixture. pour into casserole; cover and bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes
