2 cups diced potatoes
2 cups water
1/2 cup sliced carrots
1/2 cup sliced celery
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 cup oleo
1/4 cup flour
8 oz. Velveeta
1 cup cubed ham

Directions:
Directions:
In Dutch oven, bring first 7 ingredients to a boil; boil until potatoes are done. Do not drain. In a separate saucepan, melt oleo. Add flour and stir until smooth. Gradually add milk and heat through. Combine milk mixture with cooked vegetables in Dutch oven. Add cheese and ham. Stir until cheese is melted.
