2 c Flour
6 T Cocoa or Carob
1/2 t Baking Soda
1 t Baking Powder
1 c Sugar or 3/4 c Honey
1 c Butter
2 Eggs
Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and baking powder and mix well. Then combine softened butter or margarine, sweetener, vanilla and egg. Combine wet and dry ingredients together and mix well.

Spoon dough onto a greased cookie sheet. 1/3 cup of dough per cookie. Using a pie pan with a lightly greased bottom flatten each cookie into a 5-6 inch cirle. Make sure each cookie is at least 2 inches from the edge. Bake 12-15 minutes at 350 degrees.

Can be used to make ordinary size cookies.
