1/3 cup vegetable oil 1 cup canned pumpkin 3 eggs 2 1/3 cup Bisquick 1 1/4 cup sugar 2 tsp cinnamon 1/2 cup raisens
Heat oven to 350º. Grease bottom of loaf pan. Stir all ingredients except raisens with fork until moistened. Beat vigorously 1 minute. Stir in raisens. Pour in 1 or 2 loaf pans and bake 45-55 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Loosen sides with knife and remove from pan.
