9 Tbs chopped scallions or green onions 6 Tbs olive oil 4 1/2 Tbs soy sauce 1 1/2 tsp Italian seasonings 3 Tbs lemon juice
Trim fat from flank steak and score on each side. Place in flat pan and cover with marinade. Cover and let stand 1 hour or more. Broil 3 minutes each side or barbecue. Slice across grain of meat very thinly.
