5 T. flour
1 c. sugar
3 T. butter
1 lemon rind
1/4 c. lemon juice
3 eggs
1 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and sugar, mix in butter until creamy. Add lemon rind and juice. Add well-beaten egg yolk. Beat. Add milk and stiff egg whites. Put in greased baking dish in pan of water. Bake 45 minutes or more at 350 degrees.
