2 packages yeast
2 c. hot water
1 c. brown sugar
1 T. salt
2 T. oil
4 c. whole wheat flour
2 c. sifted white flour

Directions:
Directions:
Soak yeast in 1/2 cup warm water for 5 min. Mix water, sugar, salt, and oil. When lukewarm add yeast, stir until mixed; stir in whole wheat flour and white flour. Knead. Let rise in greased covered bowl until double in bulk, about 1 hour. Divide into 2 loaves and place in greased pans. Let rise until double in bulk. Bake at 400 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
