20 Croissants
1 bundle green leaf lettuce
2 cans of tuna fish in water, or use store-bought Chicken salad or seafood salad.
1 small jar of mayonnaise
1 small jar of sweet pickle relish
1 stalk of celery
4 medium eggs, boiled
Dash salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Make tuna fish salad by mixing together above ingredients. Cut a slit in the croissant and fill with tuna salad or other substitute. Cut each large croissant in half for easier eating. Wash the lettuce and pat dry, cut end off and lay out a bed of lettuce on the tray or decoration under the sandwiches. Cover and refrigerate.
