1 c. each finally chopped onions, celery, celery leaves
4 oz. sliced mushrooms
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. each: pepper, marjoram, sage, thyme
2 T. butter
1 c. rice

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté the rice in 1 tablespoon of butter until golden brown and then cook. Sauté the onions, celery, leaves, mushrooms and seasonings in butter until tender and crisp. Add cooked rice and heat, tossing lightly.
