1 bunch of Bananas (4 - 5 total)
1 small bag of coconut
1 pint of banana or vanilla yogurt
25 toothpicks
* may substitute pineapple chunks for the bananas, but omit the yogurt.

Directions:
Directions:
Peel all bananas and cut into bite size round pieces. Toast coconut in the oven until light brown. Dip banana pieces in yogurt then roll in coconut, lift with toothpick and place on tray. Cover and refrigerate. Try and use only one hand for dipping and the other for rolling or it will get really messy!
