20 slices white bread, crusts removed
2 cups chopped ham
10 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
10 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded
3 cups milk
6 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 tsp onion salt
1/2 tsp dry mustard
3 cups Cornflakes
1/2 cup melted butter

Directions:

Layer the bread, ham, Cheddar & Swiss cheeses - 1/2 at a time in a 4 quart baking dish. Combine the milk, eggs, onion salt and dry mustard in a bowl & mix well. Pour over the prepared layers. Chill, covered with foil for 8-10 hours. Sprinkle with the cornflakes; drizzle with butter. Bake at 375F for 50-60 minutes or till set. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
*May substitute chopped Canadian bacon, crumbled crisp-fried bacon or crumbled cooked sausage for the ham.
