1/2 lb butter
1/2 cup sifted confectioner's sugar
2 cups flour, sifted
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy 3-5 minutes. Add the flour SLOWLY until well mixed. Add vanilla & nuts & mix well. Shape into balls or crescents. Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet at 325F for 20 minutes. Roll in powdered confectioner's sugar while warm.
