Canola oil
Light soy sauce
Wine (white or red)
Ginger
Garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Mix equal parts of Canola oil, light soy sauce and wine.
Shake in liberal amounts of ginger and garlic powder. Whisk until blended.

Marinate chicken for at least a half hour and grill.
