Buttermilk Waffles Recipe

1/2 cup melted butter
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs
2 cups buttermilk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Melt and cool butter. Sift together dry ingredients into large
mixing bowl. Beat eggs in smaller bowl with mixer at high speed.
Add buttermilk and vanilla. Add to dry ingredients beating at
medium speed until smooth. Then blend in melted butter.

Cook in waffle maker according to manufacturer's suggestions.
