1 can tuna drained
1 cup cooked rice
1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese
2 eggs
2 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pkg (10oz) peas
1 cup light sour cream
1/4 cup light mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. pepper
TOPPING:
1 cup corn flakes
1 tbsp. melted oleo
3/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except topping together. Place in 2 1/2 quart greased casserole dish. mix topping ingredients together and sprinkle on tip of casserole. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.
