2 whole chicken breasts
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. curry powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
6 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
3/4 tsp rosemary
8 oz. cream cheese
1 can chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, salt, paprika, curry powder, rosemary and pepper. Cut each half of the chicken breast into 3 to 4 slices. Use the flour mixture to coat slices of chicken. Brown the breast pieces in hot oil, drain off excess oil, leaving about two tablespoons of oil in the pan. Add 2 tablespoons of left over flour mixture to pan and stir to loosen particles on bottom of pan. Add one can broth and bring to boil stirring constantly. Add cream cheese and whisk until smooth and hot. Serve with rice and peas.
