1 1/2 lean ground beef
1 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 T. chili powder
3 c. Monterey Jack cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 4 oz. diced, green chilies
salt and pepper to taste
8 -12 flour tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and saute onions. Combine with chili powder, salt and pepper. Spoon enough meat mixture and cheese on each tortilla to cover a third of it. Roll tortillas beginning at the the filled edge. Place seam side down in a 13 x 9 in. pan treated with a nonstick spray. Combine soup, sour cream and green chilis to make a sauce; pour over tortillas. Bake uncovered 375 for 20-25 min. The last 10 min. sprinkle extra cheese on top.

Nice when you are having a crowd over. You can make this earlier in the day or even freeze it. They taste great and are a nice alternative to lasagna.
