8 oz. medium egg noodles, cooked according to package
1/2 lb. lean ground meat, browned and drained
12 oz. bottled spaghetti sauce
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. diced onion
3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Fold cottage cheese, sour cream and onions into noodles
Mix spaghetti sauce into meat and simmer 15 minutes.
Layer noodle mixture, meat sauce alternately and then top with cheddar cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes, or until the mixture is heated through and the cheese is melted.

Aunt Harriet Meyer gave this recipe to Tilly noting that this is a very tasty casserole and that she sometimes prepared it and left it in the fridge for the next day when visitors were arriving. Tilly passed the recipe on to me.
