1 1/2 cup water
1 onion- cut in wedges(vidalia onion if possible)
1 tsp salt
8 turns of pepper grinder- you guess if not-
1 beef bullion cube
1 shake of Lawry's salt

Crock pot on low all day then high 1 hour
Serve over rice or egg noodles.
