1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 stick of butter
3 bananas ( over-ripe )
3 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
a pinch of salt
2 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in order. Bake in a greased bread pan @ 350 degrees for 45 min. Use toothpick to test when done.

Let's all remember how picky of an eater my husband is, and he loves this recipe. Whenever I make banana bread it never lasts more than 2 days in my house.
