1 cup apple cider vinegar
1 cup canola oil
1 TBS garlic powder
1 TBS ground cumin
1 TBS salt and pepper
1 bunch chopped cilantro stems and all
5 lbs skinless, boneless chicken breasts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix marinade. Pound chicken breasts with flat side of meat clever. For uniform thickness. Place in zip loc bags; pour in marinade and marinate for 2 to 4 hours. Cook over hot coals. Slice across the grain.
