4 salmon fillets
1T. horseradish (more or less to taste)
1c. sour cream

2 c crushed potato chips
1T rosemary
1tsp. salt
1tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix horseradish and sour cream together
2. Spoon mixture on top of salmon fillets
3. Crush potato chips (rolling pin works best!) and mix salt/pepper/rosemary throughout
4. Top salmon with potato chip mixture
5. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes
