3 eggs, beaten
1 pint cottage cheese - small curd
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, grated (reserve some for topping)
3 T. margarine
3 T. flour
1 pkg. (10 1/2 oz) frozen, chopped, cooked and drained broccoli

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine in casserole, add everything to beaten eggs. Put in casserole. Top with reserved cheese. Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 350.
