1/2 c. sliced green onion
3 T. butter
1/4 c. flour
1/4 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
1 (13 3/4 oz.) can chicken broth
1 (5 3/4 can evaporated milk
2 c. chopped chicken or turkey
1 ( 6 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/4 c. dry white wine
1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese
Hot, cooked thin spaghetti

Directions:
Directions:
In large saucepan, cook green onions in butter until tender. Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Add chicken broth and evaporated milk. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Cook 2 more minutes. Stir in chicken, mushrooms and wine. Heat throughly. Pour mixture over cooked spagetti.
