4-6 Large Potatoes
2 Teaspoons Minced Garlic
1 Stick Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in large skillet; add minced garlic. Peel potatoes and cut into bite-sized pieces. Put potatoes in skillet and pan-fry for 5-10 minutes, stirring often. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until potatoes are tender. Continue to stir often.
