2 1/2 lbs. New Potatoes
8 oz. olive oil
4 oz. balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp. coarse ground pepper
1 tbsp. sea salt
1 tbsp. white worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 garlic clove, crushed
Vidalia onions ( to taste)
Feta Cheese ( to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
Scrub potatoes and cut in halves or quarters before cooking, leaving skin on. Drain potatoes and while still hot, toss potatoes with crushed garlic and Vidalia onions. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over potatoes and onions. Refrigerate for at least 8-12 hours before serving. Just before serving, crumble feta cheese on top.
