12 slices white bread, crusts removed
2 1/4 c. grated cheese
3 c. milk
12 eggs
6 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Cut bread slices into small cubes and layer with cheese in greased 9x13 casserole. End with cheese layer. Combine milk, eggs, melted butter and mustard in blender for 10 seconds. Pour over bread and cheese mixture. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Bake at 350 degrees until center is firm, 45 to 60 minutes.
