1 lb. ground beef
1 c. tomato juice
1/4 c. ketchup
1 small onion chopped
1/8 c. mustard
1/8 c. brown sugar
1/8 tsp. allspice
sprinkle of flour (for thickening)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook ground beef with onion and then sprinkle flour to thicken. Mix ingredients into meat and serve on buns!
