Ingredients:
1 package (8 oz) refrigerated Crescent rolls
1 package sliced Swiss Cheese
8 slices cooked and crumbled bacon
1/2 medium onion finely diced
1/2 green pepper finely diced
4 eggs
3/4 cup of milk
Salt and Pepper to taste (I use Mrs. Dash instead)

Directions:
Directions:
In a greased 9x13 pan, press crescent rolls into bottom to form a crust. Add Swiss cheese to cover the crescent rolls. Sprinkle bacon, onion and green peppers on top of the cheese. In another bowl, beat eggs and milk together and season to taste. Pour egg and milk mixture over the top of the cheese and toppings. Bake covered in foil at 375 for about an hour.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I make this ahead of time by preparing the crust, cheese and dry toppings. I place the pan in the fridge. The next morning I make the egg/milk/seasoning mixture and then pour on top and bake for an hour.
