3 cups thinly sliced cucumbers
1 1/2 cups thinly sliced radishes
1/2 cup sliced green onion
1 cup dairy sour cream
2 tbsp. Dijon-style prepared mustart
1 tsp. EACH of sugar, salt, basil
1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cucumbers, radishes and onion in a large bowl. Refrigerate, covered, 1 to 2 hours.

Combine sour cream, mustard, sugar, salt, basil and pepper in a small bow. Refrigerate, covered, 1 to 2 hours to allow flavors to blend.

Just before serving, gently toss sour cream mixture with cucumber mixture. Serve immediately.
