2 tablespoon unsalted butter
4 tablespoons brown sugar
2 ripe bananas sliced lengthwise
teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoon banana liquor
3 oz dark or light rum
1 cup vanilla ice cream

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a flat chafing dish or skillet. Add brown sugar, stir until melted. Add bananas, saute each side until tender (3 minutes). Sprinkle with cinnamon. Pour banana liquor and rum over bananas and shake to distribute liquid and flame. Light and baste until flame goes out. Serve over ice cream.
