2 c buttermilk
1 tsp soda
2 c flour
2 tsp baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs well. Mix in remaining ingredients.

If you do not have buttermiilk, put 1 Tablespoon vinegar or lemon juice into measuring cup first and then add enough milk to make 1 cup. Do again for the second cup of milk.
