Banana Bread Recipe

1 1/2 c mashed bananas
1 c sugar
1/2 c margarine, butter
2 eggs
1 T lemon juice
2 c flour
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 c nuts

Bake 350 1 hour

Cream sugar and margarine. Add eggs. Stir well.
Stir in bananas and lemon juice. Add flour, baking powder and salt and stir in quickly. Stir in nuts.

Grease loaf pan.
