1 wedge of brie cheese
1 roll of crescent rolls
1 cup (plus) of brown sugar

** serve with crackers (Wheat Thins are best)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Place a triangle of the crescent rolls on the bottom of baking dish (best to use the same dish you will serve it out of). Pile on brown sugar and place brie on top. Then pack brown sugar on the sides and top of brie. Use the remaining crescent rolls to cover brie. Encase brie until all sides are pinched closed (some will ooze out in the baking process). Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Serve with Wheat Thins or other crackers.
