1 cup flour
1 stick oleo or butter
1/2 cup chopped nuts
2 Tbs powered sugar

8 oz cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup cool whip

2 boxes instant chocolate pudding
3 cups milk

Crushed heath bars

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, oleo, sugar and nuts and press into a 9x13 pan. Bake at 375 for 15 min. Cool it.

Second: Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar,
and cool whip and spread over crust. Refrigerate 15 min.

Third: Mix pudding and milk pour over cream cheese layer and refrigerate for 15 min. Top layer put remaining cool whip and crushed Heath bars or nuts.
