Ingredients:
Pickle Juice from sour or dill pickles
1 oz. plastic souffle cups
Clear plastic souffle lids

Directions:
Directions:
Line a cookie sheet with the cups. Pour the pickle juice into a measuring cup and then fill the souffle cups. Leave a small amount of space because the juice will expand as it freezes. Place lids on each and freeze for 3 hours. Once they are frozen you can transfer then to a ziploc bag. The kids love these! We even tried blending watermelon and freezing it. Yummy.
